    Rate of pay: $16.25 per hour

    Must be willing to work anywhere within Ramsey, Hennepin and Washington County

    Our Suported Living Services DSP II/Trainer will train new staff as they enter the program on the Individuals that the SLS Program serves and also be On Call to to serve Individuals if necessary. They will serve individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, high or low medical needs, and high or low functioning individuals in a variety of ways, which may include:


    • Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares
    • Train new staff 
    • Administering medications
    • Cooking and housework
    • Provide constant supervision
    • Transportation to appointments and community events


    While we don’t require previous experience as a DSP II, we do strongly prefer professional or personal experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. 






    To be considered for a DSP II Trainer position with us, you must:

    Be on call/available to work Friday-Tuesday 8am-10pm

    Shifts will be assigned within this time period.

    This position will be Full Time with a minimum of 35 hours a week.





    • Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle
    • Hold an acceptable driving record
    • Be able to provide service listed above
    • Be able to commit to the schedule above
    • Possess strong communication skills
    • Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
    • Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check


    Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
